- You need 2 cups of pre cooked long grain rice.
- Prepare 1 cup of shredded chiken.
- It's 100 grams of cooking butter.
- You need 3 spoon of olive oil.
- You need 1/2 cup of cauliflower.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of green and red capsicum.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of finely chopped onions.
- Prepare 1 spoon of grated ginger and garlic.
- You need 4 spoon of gram masala.
- It's 2 spoon of cayenne pepper.
- It's 4 spoon of dark soy sauce.
- You need to taste of Salt and seasoning.
Masala brown rice instructions
- Heat the cooking butter on a non stick pot, add the oil to help it melt in time.
- Add the onions to saute.
- Add the shredded chicken, ginger and garlic, cook for 3 minutes.
- Add cauliflower, chili pepper, salt and seasoning to taste.
- Cook until tender.
- Place the pre cooked rice on a bowl.
- Add the gram masala, and cayenne pepper, mix throughly.
- Pour the rice mix to the chicken, and stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the soy sauce and the capsicum peppers.
- Ad salt and seasoning to taste.
- Stir fry for 1 more minute and turn of the heat.
